Returns and refunds:
- Incorrect Orders:
We try to fill your orders correctly, however some times we make mistakes and in that case please return the item and we will credit your card for the full value of the item plus return and out bound shipping. All items shipped in error must be returned in the original product package with proper documentation for proper credit.
 
- Incorrect orders not shipped:
If you incorrectly place an order and we have not shipped it, call us or e-mail us and we will then change the item in our system.
 
-   Disappointed in Merchandise:
Sometimes merchandise may not meet your expectation, we don’t want our customers to be unhappy so please send the item back for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You must send the merchandise back in the original packaging with all documentation and in resalable condition. You will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit
 
Defective Products:
-   if a product is defective, please notify us within 36 hours. Return it in its original packaging with all documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
 
Damaged in shipping:
-   You will only be refunded for items damaged in shipping if you purchased insurance on your shipment. You must report the damage with 36 hours of receipt of  your  order so we can begin to process your claim with UPS or USPS. Keep all packaging and documentation for UPS and USPS claims to process.

Handling charges are $2.99 and are included in the shipping for the Continental USA, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Florida residents must pay 6% sales tax.

- Placing an order:
Use “Add to shopping cart” button. You can view and update your shopping cart by clicking on the “cart” button at the top of any page.
 
- Payments accepted:
Paypal: you can select an option of paying with Paypal in our checkout. The usual excepted Paypal methods include: Visa, Master Charge, Discover, American Express and checks (may take up to 10 days to clear).
 
Tracking:

If you are unable to track your shipment, don’t worry, sometimes USPS doesn’t log shipments until they arrive at either the main post office or to you directly.
 
Invoice:
-   If you didn’t receive an invoice in your package, let us know and we will email or fax it to you.
 
Confirmation number:
-   Sometimes email providers or mail boxes block our emails, so check your spam or deleted folder and if you still didn’t receive your confirmation number in your email, call us and we will fax it or send it to an alternative email.
